Moving forward, there are two ways to add files to your orders when you initially submit them. You can drag and drop the image(s) into the section that says “drop files here to upload” or you can click “browse”, find the image on your computer and then select them. Either way it is important that the image is fully uploaded to the order before clicking “submit form”. You will know that the image is fully uploaded because a small thumbnail of each image that you uploaded will appear below the “attached files” text. Large files may take a few moments before they appear in that section.
