Hi there!

We got your note about accidently approving the previous design and creating a new order. No worries, we’re happy to help you with this! We are going to go in and manually reinstate the credit for the new order that you created. 🙂

For future reference, revisions can be requested at any time, even after you click ‘approve’. Just open the order and click “request revision” and we’ll make it happen for you. If you click “request revision” the revision will not deduct an additional credit from your account but creating a new order will. Hope that makes sense.
